What a repair shop can actually promise you
A diesel repair is a big bill and almost nobody can check the work themselves. So all a shop can honestly offer is this: we explain what we are doing, we put the number in front of you before we start, and we stand behind the result afterwards.
We answer every review that comes in, by name, the good ones and the hard ones both. A shop that will not talk in public about its bad days is not telling you much about its good ones. Ours are all still on the Google listing, with our replies underneath.
We remodelled the front office last year so there is somewhere decent to sit while you wait. And if you are a long way from home when something goes wrong, tell us that on the phone. It changes where you sit in the queue.

We diagnose before we sell parts
A generic code is where most shops start guessing and your bill starts climbing. We stay on it until we know what is actually wrong.
You get the options
There is usually more than one way to fix a diesel and they do not cost the same. We tell you what each one gets you and what it runs, then you pick.
Priced before we start
You get the number before the work begins. If we open it up and find something else, you hear about it before we touch it.
Finished when we said
You get a real timeframe, not an optimistic one. If parts or the job change it, you hear it from us, not at pickup.
Tell us what it is doing
Call during opening hours, or send the form and we will call you back. Monday to Thursday 8 to 5, Friday 8 to 4.
